Refer & Earn Terms

How the FAB Doctor referral program works, and the rules that apply to it.

These terms apply to the FAB Doctor Refer & Earn program (the "Program"), run by FAB Doctor ("we", "us" or "our"). They form part of our Terms of Service. By sharing a referral link or code, or by signing up with one, you agree to them.

The current rewards, waiting period and limits are shown on the Refer & Earn page in your account. Where these terms refer to them, the figures shown there apply.

1. Who Can Refer

  • The Program is open to the owner of an organization on an active paid Subscription. Organizations on a free trial cannot refer until they subscribe.
  • Each organization has one referral link and code, available to its owner from Settings → Billing → Refer & Earn in the web app, or on the Billing page of the Android app. The Program is not available in the iOS app.

2. What Counts as a Referral

A referral counts only if all of the following are true:

  • A new organization signs up using your link or code. An organization can be linked to one referrer only.
  • It is a separate business from yours. Your own organization, its clinics, owner and staff do not qualify, and neither does anyone sharing your organization owner's email address or phone number, or your GSTIN.
  • It makes its first payment for a Subscription. Signing up or using a free trial does not by itself earn a reward.

If a new organization forgets to use a code, it can ask us to add it, but only before its first payment.

3. What the New Clinic Gets

An organization that signs up with a valid code receives the extra free trial days shown at signup, added to its trial. If a code is added later, the extra days apply only if the organization is still on its trial.

4. What You Earn

  • Reward. You earn free days on your Subscription for each clinic the referred organization pays for, counted at its first payment. Clinics it adds later do not increase the reward. The rate is the one in effect at that first payment.
  • Waiting period. The reward is added after the waiting period following that payment. Until then it shows as pending.
  • How it is applied. Earned days move your Subscription end date later. Your organization has one end date, so the days cover all of your clinics. Your next renewal is due on the new date, at the fees then in effect.
  • Free messages. Each reward also adds a proportionate share of your plan's free messaging allowance to each of your clinics, based on the number of days earned. Purchased credits are not affected.
  • Yearly limit. You can earn up to the maximum number of days shown in your account in any 12 months. Days above the limit are not carried forward.
  • If your Subscription is not active. A reward cannot be added while your Subscription is lapsed or cancelled. It stays pending, and is added if your Subscription becomes active again.

5. Limits on Rewards

  • Rewards are free Subscription time only. They have no cash value and cannot be paid out, refunded, exchanged, transferred or set against any fee, invoice or tax.
  • A reward does not extend or change any other term of your Subscription, and does not add clinics or features.
  • Rewards that have not been used end if your account is closed or terminated.

6. Fair Use

Please share your link honestly and only with people who are likely to be interested. You must not:

  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or use patient contact details or data held in the Service to promote your link;
  • make false or misleading statements about FAB Doctor, or suggest that you act on our behalf;
  • create fake, duplicate or linked accounts, or refer yourself or your own business, directly or indirectly.

We may review any referral. We may reject a referral, or withhold or reverse a reward, if these terms have not been followed, if we reasonably suspect abuse, or if the referred organization's payment is refunded, reversed or disputed. We may also remove a person or organization from the Program.

7. Changes to the Program

We may change the rewards, limits or these terms, or suspend or end the Program, at any time. Changes apply from the date they are published. If the referred organization had already made its first payment before a change, the reward it earned will still be added, unless it is rejected under these terms.
